The Story
Risograph is what you would get if a screen print and a mimeograph had a baby; images are printed one color at a time and colors are layered on top of each other making each card unique. The vivid colors and playful imagery are sure to brighten anyone's day!
Yellow Owl Workshop was founded by Christine Schmidt, an accomplished artist whose career started in primary school when she won a bike through a local grocer's coloring competition. In 2007, after mustering up the courage, Christine approached several nearby stores with her products, resulting in successful orders and the birth of Yellow Owl Workshop. While Christine focuses on the creative aspects of the brand, she is fortunate to have a team of talented individuals managing the business operations of Yellow Owl Workshop.
