At Public Library Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unwashed condition. Please note that certain limited-edition collections and digital items are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailing bag or box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
